Bail By Phone and Fax

In Kern County, our bail agents assist clients with bail bonds services and getting release from jails throughout the county and surrounding areas. Mobil Service

If you are located within the Southern California area and cannot come to our office, we will send a bail agent to meet you at your home, office, jail, court, or designated location.  Our bail agents are mobile and do not charge extra fees for this service.  As a courtesy, our bail agents will give the client a ride to their residence within a ten miles radius of the jail if the release is immediately.  In some case, release could take hours.  We will notify family, friends, or designated party once the bond has been posted and the estimate time when the client will be released from custody.

Payment Plans

We know being arrested could be a traumatic experience causing extreme hardship and a financial burden to raise money to getting a family member released from jail.  Axel Bail Bonds work with families, friends, and clients making the bail bonds process easy step-by-step.  We do require a down payment of at least 50% of the premium and the balance is setup on an easy payment plan that could be paid over the period of one year.

Discounts

Bail Bonds fees are established and regulated by the State of California Department of Insurance.  The bail rate in California is 10% of the bond amount.  California bail companies cannot charge more than 10% premium for bail service.  At Axel Bail Bonds, we have been approved through the California Department of Insurance and the surety company to underwrite bail at 8% for veterans, AARP Members, Union Members, and clients referred by Attorneys.  We give 20% discount on bail bond if client qualify for one of those categories.  In the event the client does not qualify for the discount, we work with the client in hardship cases to assist with the release on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Cards

Axel Bail Bonds accept all major credit cards.  However, to process your application, we require that the client submit a signed credit card authorization forms, which is available on the Internet through our website.  These forms can be obtained from any Axel Bail Bonds Agent.
